Nick Stevovich
Nick spent 15+ years in global mobility and operations leadership, most recently as SVP at SIRVA and VP of Marketing & Product Development at Dwellworks. A lifelong cyclist, he became obsessed with a simple question: why hasn't the pedal stroke evolved? That question led to years of R&D, three university partnerships, testing with 2,000+ cyclists, and a patented elliptical motion system that became ZIVO. He holds an economics degree from Ohio State and is based in Rocky River, Ohio.

John Pastrick
John brings deep experience in product development and manufacturing from his work at Prestan Products, where he holds patents for medical training devices. Based in Cleveland, he leads engineering and product development at Nikola Innovation, overseeing the evolution of ZIVO Motion from concept through clinical validation to production-ready design. His background in precision-engineered consumer products and patented device development translates directly to the mechanical innovation behind the NI Flow.

Chris Fischer
Chris is a cyclist, duathlete, and fitness industry veteran who has cycled across the United States and through the Pyrenees. An age-group national champion in duathlon, he brings 15+ years of executive leadership in marketing, eCommerce, and growth strategy with deep roots in cycling and fitness. Previously at Wahoo and TRX, and founder of Goodword, he leads go-to-market strategy, digital presence, and commercial partnerships at Nikola Innovation.

Happy Freedman
Known in the cycling world as "The Godfather of Bike Fitting," Happy has spent 40+ years in the cycling industry. He developed the first hospital-based clinical bike fit program in North America at the Hospital for Special Surgery in New York. A founding faculty member of USA Cycling's Medicine of Cycling Conference, he serves on the advisory committee of the International Bike Fit Institute (IBFI). LinkedIn
