Terms
- Non-binding. This letter confirms your intent to carry the NI Flow and reserves your allocation in our initial production run. It is not a binding purchase agreement.
- No payment today. No payment is collected at the time of signing. You will receive an invoice approximately 30 days before your estimated ship date.
- Payment terms. First orders require prepayment. Net 30 terms available on subsequent orders for established accounts.
- Minimum Advertised Price (MAP). The NI Flow has a MAP of $299.00 USD. Dealers agree not to advertise below MAP in any channel (online, print, email). In-store promotions are permitted. Violation of MAP policy may result in account termination.
- Estimated delivery. August 2026. Nikola Innovation will notify you of any changes to the delivery timeline and provide tracking information once your order ships.
- Cancellation. You may cancel your LOI at any time before invoicing by emailing sales@nikolainnovation.com. No cancellation fees apply.
- Demo pairs. Qualified dealers may request demo pairs at cost. Contact us for details.
- Returns & defects. Defective units will be replaced at no cost. Returns of unsold, unopened inventory accepted within 90 days of delivery for full credit.
- Specifications. The NI Flow features Zivo Flow Motion, a patented elliptical pedaling mechanism. Stainless steel construction. Look KEO 3-bolt compatible. Made in Ohio, USA. Final weight and specifications may vary slightly from pre-production estimates.
